Notice: Temporary Suspension of New Experiment Creation
We have temporarily disabled the creation of new experiments as we are continuously running out of space. This issue has been impacting both uploads and downloads from FlowRepository. By taking this step, we aim to make downloads of existing data more reliable.
We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as we work on upgrading our hardware and improving the overall solution.
Thank you for your patience.

Can I just use FlowRepository to store data without analysing or annotating them online?

Yes, FlowRepository may be used by any individual for any purpose in compliance with our terms of service. and privacy policy. Your journal or funding agency typically require data and annotations (possibly MIFlowCyt compliant) to be available, but they usually don't specify that you would have to use the FlowRepository to annotate or analyse your data online. So the analysis and annotation portions of FlowRepository are optional. If you perform analysis on your personal computer, you can upload the analysis files to FlowRepository using the Attachments section of the Experiment Details Page. This allows you to keep all the analysis files and flow cytometry (FCS) files in one place. In addition, you may earn some MIFlowCyt compliance score points if you do so.
