Notice: Temporary Suspension of New Experiment Creation
We have temporarily disabled the creation of new experiments as we are continuously running out of space. This issue has been impacting both uploads and downloads from FlowRepository. By taking this step, we aim to make downloads of existing data more reliable.
We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as we work on upgrading our hardware and improving the overall solution.
Thank you for your patience.

My paper has been published but my experiment is still locked and private, what do I do?

Some journals are informing us regularly about new manuscripts referring to datasets published in FlowRepository. Others are not; however, our administrators are regularly searching PubMed for publications related to datasets published in FlowRepository (typically, datasets older than a year are being checked). However, if we missed your paper and the journal did not inform us, please send us a note and we will publish your experiment and link it to the right manuscript.
